What You'll Do
Create and maintain integrations with external and internal APIs, ensuring correct communication and data transfer. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to integration logic errors, ensuring service stability and efficiency. Provide technical support for backend services, collaborating with support and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. Advanced English proficiency. Extensive experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs with solid knowledge of structures and best practices. Familiarity with Genesys infrastructure and components.
