Supervisor de Embajadores Torreón

Lead, support, and develop a team of Brand Ambassadors in the field. Monitor daily and weekly performance indicators, detect deviations and implement corrective actions. Train and provide continuous feedback to strengthen team skills and results.

Completed high school education. 1 to 2 years of experience leading operational, commercial, or sales teams, preferably in the field. Basic English proficiency and own transportation.

Base salary plus a bonus scheme. Monthly transportation support of $1,000 MXN. Statutory benefits from the start, including major medical expenses insurance and life insurance.
