Technical Services Engineer

Advise customers and solve complex MongoDB problems, including architecture, performance, recovery, and security. Mentor new team members and contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools. Advocate for customers' needs by collaborating with product management and development teams.

Systems engineering experience, including Linux performance and troubleshooting. Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Experience building and maintaining complex production database systems and basic coding ability in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
