Shift Supervisor

Ensure the proper operation of the store during the shift, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with company processes and policies. Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources based on priorities to maximize productivity. Support the Store Manager in fulfilling administrative processes of the store, including inventory management and human resources.

Experience in similar positions leading work teams. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships and generate trust.
