Core Responsibilities

Lead the deployment of digital worker voice programs and provide technical training to suppliers in Guatemala. Manage grievance cases and liaise between brands and suppliers to ensure positive remediation outcomes.

Requirements

Requires 5+ years of experience in global supply chain social impact projects and a background in labour rights or social compliance. Must be based in Guatemala and fluent in both English and Spanish.
