Metro Full Mexico Supervisor

Lead and train the Metro FC team in your cluster, ensuring high operational standards, SLAs, and buyer promises. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operations and define area strategy. Analyze, monitor, and report on KPIs, conducting deep dives to understand root causes of deviations. Audit processes, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and share best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, with experience in logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL. Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is desirable.
