NeonCore Responsibilities
Monitor results and performance indicators of the customer funnel, implementing dashboards and automations for tracking. Lead product acquisition and engagement strategies, focusing on converting new and existing customers through channels like Push, Email, and WhatsApp. Conduct deep data analyses to generate insights and identify new business opportunities. Evaluate new projects and features, assisting in prioritizing roadmaps with engineering and product teams.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and solve complex problems using data. Initiative and proactivity to identify opportunities and propose action plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and report learnings. Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint. Proficiency in SQL or equivalent tools for data extraction.
