Monitor daily performance of partners to ensure they meet established commercial and operational goals. Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partner to align with business objectives. Provide continuous feedback to partners, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize results. Collaborate with the Partners Coordinator to implement new processes and strategies to enhance operations with partners.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising external teams or business partners. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Analytical ability to interpret operational indicators. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a team and conduct field visits.
