EBANXCore Responsibilities
Act as the main technical point of contact for all implementation-related activities throughout the client integration lifecycle. Facilitate account setup, provide hands-on technical support, and guide Merchants through testing and pre-launch activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Merchant-reported technical integration problems and system configuration issues.
Requirements
Relevant experience in system integrations and a deep, practical understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks) and data exchange formats. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate highly technical terms into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English.
