Manage and ensure the planning of demand and short-term allocation of personnel in the inventory area. Monitor and promote team performance and growth through evaluations, constructive feedback, and training. Ensure effective execution of routine inventory tasks while maintaining established quality and safety standards. Analyze performance indicators related to inventory management and implement data-driven improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Availability to work on-site in Sumaré/SP during First Shift (07:40 AM to 04:00 PM) or Third Shift (12:00 AM to 07:40 AM). Knowledge of tools such as AI, Google Sheets, Slides, SAP, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau. Previous experience in operational areas with solid knowledge in people management and inventory management, logistics, or distribution centers.
