Manage people and operational routines, ensuring control of shifts, overtime, team engagement, and monitoring organizational climate survey results. Conduct regular feedback and development meetings with the team to enhance performance and relationships. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a culture of accident prevention. Oversee logistics processes including entry, sorting, shipping, inventory, and returns, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in leadership and management of teams in outsourced logistics operations, focusing on planning, optimization, and complex logistics operations routines. Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Sheets/Presentations) and data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
