Lead the regional Loss Prevention structure in Transport, developing supervisors and teams across Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, and Espírito Santo. Analyze logistics indicators and processes to identify opportunities and implement action plans that reduce losses and enhance operational quality. Act as a strategic partner for operations, managing negotiations and critical incidents with emotional balance and a focus on business continuity.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in leadership and management of logistics operations, transport, supply chain, or quality. Knowledge in process management, performance indicators, and data-driven action plan development. Must have a valid driver's license and be available for 100% on-site work in Belo Horizonte or Rio de Janeiro.
