Ingeniero/a de Operaciones AFP - Recaudación y Acreditación - Proyecto AFP

Supervise the processes of Recaudación and Acreditación, operating directly the systems for money reception and file handling. Document operational flows and critical business rules for the engineering team. Collaborate with the tech team in designing and testing modern systems that support AFP operations. Propose improvements and automations based on regulatory changes and operational risks.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the operation of Recaudación and/or Acreditación in an AFP in Chile. Practical knowledge of collection sources, counterparties, and timely accreditation processes. Experience with pension management systems used in Chilean AFPs. Strong ability to map and document complex processes clearly.
