Core Responsibilities

Coordinate the commercial operation of the field acquisition channel by leading Field Sales Supervisors, designing and implementing commercial strategies, and monitoring performance indicators. Supervise the commercial funnel's performance by tracking indicators, prospect quality, and conversion at each stage to identify deviations and implement corrective actions. Develop the capabilities of Supervisors through coaching sessions, feedback, and performance tracking to enhance commercial leadership and team productivity.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales, customer acquisition, or commercial development under Hunter models. At least 2 years of experience leading Supervisors, Coordinators, or commercial teams. Experience in managing geographically distributed commercial teams and in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies.
