Core Responsibilities

Develop operational capacity studies and design layouts to support operational growth, ensuring efficiency and resource optimization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and innovation, structuring scalable solutions to optimize processes and enhance performance indicators. Build analyses, dashboards, and data models using Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL to support strategic and operational decisions. Map processes, identify opportunities, and implement improvements to promote productivity gains, quality, and waste reduction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Experience in planning, continuous improvement, project management, or related areas. Availability for on-site work in Cajamar - SP, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:48.
