What You'll Do
Lead the performance management of Operations in Chile, focusing on manufacturing and logistics. Build, calculate, analyze, and communicate reliable KPIs and scorecards for production, storage, and distribution. Coordinate improvement plans and measure the benefits of productivity initiatives in collaboration with operational teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Proven ability to analyze manufacturing and logistics operations. Experience with KPIs, productivity evaluation, and Lean methodologies. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python.
