Rider Operations Analyst

Collaborate in the recruitment and onboarding of new delivery personnel to the platform. Ensure compliance with key objectives and results in the area. Manage and monitor operational conditions agreed upon with delivery personnel to ensure KPI compliance. Coordinate cross-functional actions with key areas and the team to guarantee project execution.

Education in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Relevant experience in operational positions or similar roles. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides).
