Core Responsibilities

Build the digital acquisition function in Colombia from the ground up. Define and execute the performance marketing strategy across key channels such as paid social, search, and display. Launch and manage campaigns hands-on, including setting up ad accounts and tracking. Continuously optimize funnels, creatives, and targeting to improve CAC and conversion rates.

Requirements

Proven experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition, ideally in fintech or consumer tech. Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with experience building and leading acquisition teams. Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics tools. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
