Operational Excellence Transportation Brazil Sr Analyst

Implement new projects, processes, technologies, systems, and equipment to support operations. Conduct visits to operations to generate action plans and ensure governance of execution. Propose operational improvements to enhance strategic indicators based on data-driven problem-solving. Identify improvement opportunities and lead discussions with corporate and regional teams to validate and replicate solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in project management, data analysis, process improvement, and Google tools, with a focus on Lean methodologies. Must be available for hybrid work with travel between operations, possess a valid driver's license (CNH B), and have a vehicle.
