Coordinate, develop, and strengthen the technical and management skills of each team member, fostering a high-performance environment. Monitor KPIs such as management time and Delivery Success, identifying deviations and defining corrective actions. Lead the structuring and implementation of key projects for continuous improvement in last-mile delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in administrative careers, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in analytical positions with large data extraction. Knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python, and agile project methodologies.
