Lead complex training programs and define frameworks for consistent learning solutions. Diagnose needs and knowledge gaps, consult with stakeholders, and recommend solutions. Direct the development of blended solutions, performance support tools, and personalized training plans. Analyze participant performance, identify deficiencies, and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of solutions.

5 to 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, training program management, stakeholder management, and key performance indicators. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of training methodologies, andragogy, and program management and evaluation.

On-site position with a focus on leading learning and development strategies. The role involves significant interaction with key stakeholders and team leadership.
