Identify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities to address key pain points in safety, quality, and productivity. Co-create, validate, and implement systemic solutions with Process Development teams. Ensure execution of work processes with regional teams and Operational Excellence partners. Collaborate to replicate benchmarks from other operations and conduct operational and financial feasibility analyses of projects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPS, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, Design Thinking, and Agile. Experience in project development and management with relevant certifications. Ability to lead and facilitate effective agile workspaces.
