Building Experience Manager / Tenant Experience & Building Manager

Act as the main point of contact between the property and tenants, ensuring effective communication. Manage incidents, requests, and operational needs of tenants, ensuring quick resolution. Coordinate office space adjustments based on occupancy needs and update plans using AutoCAD.

University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate Management, or similar. 1 to 5 years of experience in building management or similar roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
