Supervisor de Real State - Mercado Envios

Lead the prospecting, negotiation, and expansion of new properties and strategic sites for the logistics network. Manage leasing contracts, amendments, and the real estate management of operational assets. Ensure real estate regularization, licenses, and legal compliance of properties with internal teams. Conduct high-impact negotiations with property owners, ensuring advantageous conditions and market risk mitigation.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Law, Architecture, or related fields. Solid prior experience in the real estate market. Experience with logistics warehouses is a desirable differential, along with knowledge of real estate legislation and contractual analysis. Availability to work in a hybrid format, 5x2, Monday to Friday in Osasco/SP, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM.
