Resolve technical issues for SaaS users by troubleshooting incidents, collecting logs, and replicating problems. Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and share best practices to maximize product value.

Requirements

Requires 2+ years of technical experience with mandatory SaaS platform expertise and proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Candidates must have B2 level English proficiency and be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
