Resolve technical issues for SaaS users by troubleshooting incidents and coordinating with product and development teams. Ensure high client satisfaction by providing expert assistance and sharing best practices for product deployment.
Requirements
Requires 2+ years of technical experience with mandatory SaaS platform expertise and SQL scripting knowledge. Must have CEFR B2 English proficiency and the ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
