Lead the development of forecasts, resource plans, and schedules for new programs. Generate and adjust staff work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage. Monitor key indicators such as SLA, AHT, and occupancy daily and weekly.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2). Proficiency in WFM tools such as NICE, Genesys, or Verint.
