What You'll Do
Recover overdue accounts through the design, execution, and monitoring of legal strategies, including civil and commercial lawsuits. Conduct asset searches and negotiations for payment agreements. Prepare case files and execute judicial and extrajudicial requirements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law with a professional license. Specialist in Civil and Commercial Law. Experience in oral trials and knowledge of common and federal courts. Strong negotiation skills and understanding of collection strategies.
