Core Responsibilities

Lead Talent Acquisition efforts for the Operations organization in a high-volume, fast-changing environment. Own the end-to-end hiring strategy for Operations, including workforce planning, sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring execution. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure seamless hiring processes while balancing business demands with candidate quality.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Operations, Customer Support, Logistics, or high-volume environments. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or Recruiting Manager supporting large Operations organizations. Fluent in English and Spanish.
