Plata CardCore Responsibilities
Lead accounting, tax, statutory and SFC regulatory reporting, and local treasury operations for the Colombian entity. Drive the finance workstream of the SFC licensing process for the Compañía de Financiamiento, ensuring capital, control, and reporting requirements are met. Own month-end close, statutory reporting under NIIF, and timely submissions to the Superintendencia Financiera.
Requirements
Senior finance experience in the SFC licensing of a Compañía de Financiamiento or similar establishment. Deep expertise in NIIF, statutory reporting, month-end close, and consolidation. Strong Colombian tax knowledge with an established DIAN relationship.
