Assistente de Prevenção de Perdas - Mercado Envios

Conduct daily audits of operations to identify loss causes and propose preventive improvements. Monitor operations on-site and analyze security camera footage to investigate incidents and support inquiries. Assist in managing packages that did not follow the correct flow, ensuring proper handling and reducing losses. Lead alignment meetings with operational teams and carriers to reinforce best practices in loss prevention.

Currently pursuing or have completed a higher education degree in Administration, Logistics, Private Security, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in logistics operations, process mapping, and auditing. Availability to work on-site in São Paulo/SP, with the ability to travel between units on a 5x2 schedule, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 20:48.
