Senior Strategy & Operations Manager

Lead the local Operations agenda by building business cases and using data to prioritize initiatives that generate the most impact on revenue, productivity, and customer performance. Transform strategy into disciplined execution by managing critical cross-functional projects from initial diagnosis to final implementation and impact measurement. Act as a central connection point between the Mexico business and regional areas, ensuring alignment among Commercial, Data, Finance, Product, Pricing, and other relevant areas.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or similar roles. Proven experience leading and developing high-performance teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.

The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration in Mexico City three times a week.
