Gerente de Estrategia - Marketplace

Define and lead the strategy and planning of Marketplace in Colombia, establishing priorities, objectives, and budgets aligned with business goals. Analyze business performance and competitive position, monitoring indicators and market share to identify opportunities and risks. Drive improvement and growth initiatives, coordinating execution and measuring impact while involving senior leadership as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 6 years of experience in leadership positions in Strategy, Operations, Planning, or Strategic Consulting, with direct team leadership. Proficiency in data analysis tools.
