Monitor deliveries and team development, providing feedback and facilitating training. Ensure compliance with people management processes and maintain communication across all levels.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience with operational teams and well-defined processes. Background in people management with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Availability to work on-site in Governador Celso Ramos.
