Analyze demand forecasts and validate capacity plans to ensure an impeccable customer experience. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, implementing action plans based on data. Consolidate complex data sets and create automated reports using SQL and BI tools to provide business insights.
What We're Looking For
Solid knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) tools and proven experience in scaling large back-office operations. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and experience with AI in dashboard creation. Familiarity with call center sizing software and strong analytical skills.
