Core Responsibilities

Centralize the administration, control, and monitoring of the credentialing and physical access process. Coordinate interactions between HR Admin, Security, Facilities, and operational areas to ensure process traceability and risk mitigation. Maintain updated databases, operational trackers, and credential control records.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in credentialing, physical access control, HR Operations, Facilities, Security, or Personnel Administration. Experience in issuing, replacing, recovering, and deactivating credentials. Familiarity with database management and operational tracking.
